Refund policy

• 5-Day Return Window – You have 5 days after delivery to request a return.

• Eligibility – Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. An unboxing video is required when opening your parcel to qualify for return.

• Process – Email us at urbanbangles1@gmail.com to start a return. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

• Damaged/Wrong Items – Please check your order on delivery and contact us immediately if there are issues.

• Non-Returnable Items – Fragile goods (glass/breakables), custom/personalized products, beauty/personal care, hazardous/flammable items, sale items, and gift cards.

• Exchanges – Return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

• EU Customers – If shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return without reason.

• Refunds – Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Bank processing may take longer.)
